I live in SW Florida (33 yrs) and just started smoking. Masterbilt Vertical 2 door Gas Smoker. I am making some venison sticks today and need to smoke under 200 degrees. My first couple smokes I couldn't maintain less that 210 degrees of course is is Hot & Sunny down and it says 110 degrees in the smoker just sitting in the sun without the tank even hooked up. Any tips on getting the temp under 200 degrees?
We also want to warm up some BB Ribs I smoked over the weekend. Any tips on the best warm up method for couple day old refrigerated ribs?
