the ribs were great ! i also had a couple of jalapeno/cheddar brats that i haven't tried smoked so i put those in there also .....and those were also yummy !
did a dry rub of brown sugar ,garlic powder,cumin,and a commercial rub that's called "sweet smokey rub" , i think its from McCormick,
I don't wrap my ribs but i smoke them at 230 degrees and the ribs are always fall off the bone lip smacking good !
