I was planning on doing a pork loin to and figured I should fill up the grate.  I decided to throw some drumsticks

on.  They should go over well at the party.

I took a package of drumsticks and brined them for 2.5 hours.  I used 1/2 gallon of water, 1/4 cup table salt, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and 1Tbsp of Creole seasoning.   Took them out,  patted them dry and oiled the skin with olive oil and coated them with Kickin Chicken rub.

I don't generally go by a time.  I left them until the internal temp was 170°.   I think it was about an 1.5 hrs tho.
