Oh No... you no doubt planed it that way so you could allow the pull pork to rest and have time to absorb some finishing sauce before serving. Its the way we all would have done it also were we able.
Sittin pretty at about 120 degrees. Change of plans. Leftover ribs from last weekend and wings! Wonder what else I can find in my fridge to make the time go quicker?
