Maple Smoked Chex Mix

Been smoking chex for years. Taking this batch to Iowa and Tulsa.

I use ham net bags for the racks.

3 racks for this smoke.

Maple pellets in my AMZNPS. No element heat used.

Looking good nepas, may want to take some smoked crackers and chips along on your trip. Drive carefully.

i put about 1.5-2 hours smoke to the chex. No other heat.
