Thought I would post some QView. Here are some homemade texas hot links I smoked this past weekend. I also did a boneless turkey breast, thats in the poultry forum.

Smoked these babies in my Masterbuilt 40 with some oak chips.

Followed a tip I read somewhere on here about using S hooks and they worked great.


 Next task is to try a brisket !!!!
