I don't know what you're talking about, I was quite productive on the weekend! I'm kind of hung up on the placement of my CC door right now... only get one chance to cut it and don't want to regret my decision. heh
 
Considering I have been building my smoker for over a year and a half, my porgress over the last two weekends is well above average! Gotta do what I can now, 'cuz hunting season is fast approaching.

I know what you mean, as soon as this heat cools down, I'm ready to do some serious cooking. I'm really exited about my recent build and cant wait to see how everything will turn out this Holiday season. Especially the Turkeys!  I'm thinking its really going to shine on those 12 hour smokes. And I have plenty of time to get wood set aside and to learn how to cook with it.
