You're gonna love cedar papers - and don't forget to soak them in wine (preferably the same wine you will be serving with your dinner).............The wine will impart an amazing flavor. I can't wait to fire up my smoker this weekend - going to smoke my cedar wrapped salmon for my neighbors.....
