Nice job! Injected not brined. That is how I did mine for years and still love 'em. I think I have only one turkey left in the freezer, my butcher only carries their brand except for the holidays. I do like those butterballs.

I keep saying I am gonna cook it every time I see y'all doing another one, then I think about that forever thaw-out.

Most excellent job, and I bet you still shared some with the dog.
