Hi all, I am a foodie that enjoys all things food. I live in central NC just a few miles south of the VA line. I have been grinding my own meat for sausages and making jerky without real smoke for years and I am now ready to go to the next level. I am converting a retired SS warming cabinet into an electric smoker. I got my control advice off the forums here and I would like to thank everyone who posted and I am waiting on my PID components to arrive. I just ordered an AMAZN Pellet and some pellets from Todd and I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge and enjoying some good eats.
I am so new to this I always thought or at least until last week that Canadian Bacon came from Canada . I'm looking forward to trying this on my own. Thanks to all for the great input!
