Started this like a yesr ago and never got around to trying it. I did some jerky in the vertical propane and I dried it out to much on lower rack... so I figured I would get the cabinet ready for the next batch. I wanted this for cold smoking and things I want to hang. . Sausage links.. ss. Maybe bacon some day. And jerky. I dont want this to ever get above 170* thats the plan. So far its holding good... on low its at 115*.. and ambient teml here is about 85.. so thats pretty good and low I think.
