My Oklahoma Joe Longhorn was delivered on Thursday, did my mods and burmns and then I started my first food smoke yesterday. I decided to try a all nighter Pork Butt first and then move to ribs.
Things are going well and I love it! This is a great smoker.I used a mix of sticks and chunks and Stubbs. I think it is turning out pretty good although I have not tasted any of it yet.
I just put the ribs on for a 3-2-1 try and I went ahead and foiled the butt because it is 185 deg but is falling apart already. I think I am liking this a BUNCH!
