Mmmm....... pulled pork, looking good. I can smell that goodness here. Nothing else has that heavenly aroma!
Remember that is an electric smoker, its important to keep the door shut because even though an electric holds temp great, its hard to recoup its heat lose from opening the door. I have heard it said that its as much as 15 mins although personally I think that might be excessive. You've got a long smoke ahead so just kick back, smile and enjoy the smoke....... No stress allowed.
