I'm Christine from Nebraska and new to the site. I just used my new Master built Electric Smoker for the first time last weekend. As a newbie to the smoking craft, I had no idea what to do or where to begin. I purchased Jeff's Smoking Meat cookbook and it has been an excellent resource. My first attempt last week was to make Smoked Baby Back Ribs and they turned out perfect. Today I am smoking a pork butt and can hardly wait until it's done tonight!
