Looks real good Bray!!!
7 lbers went 13 hours, that's about 2 hours/lb. So now you know...patience! And it will all come together!

Thanks all for your input. I have a Treagar Texas the pit master won't work. Thanks for the info though. It's all a education for me. Smoking some chicken breast for the party. The shoulder is going to be the bomb!!!!

Sorry about that. If you're having problems with the temps on a traeger get the ortech. Direct replacement and less temp swings.
