Plum chicken breast

grilled-smoked some chicken breast. I used some plum wood for smoke flavor. It was good!!!
I'm not going to lie it was delicious!!!

Im very happy that it was very moist and flavorful.

Smoked the potato for 15 min then wrapped in oil and seasoned with chef merito.

Chef merito is a popular meat seasoning here in Southern California.
