  How did the squash turn out?
 
Thanks smoking B..The squash turned out real good, I wasn't sure if smoking them would turn out good but I ran out of propane in my grill so I gave it a shot, I put EVO and season salt That's my wife favorite way to eat squash..Im going to have to find some other ways to cook it besides fried and grilled because I have a filling were going to have a lot of it.. I HOPE..lol

Sorry did have pics of the done squash, drank to many KL and forgot

I've cooked squash several times for friends directly over hardwood coals with a shaking of Montreal Steak Seasoning & it turns out surprisingly good

Ribs looked good , and the squash ; that caught my attention qiuck. I love Yellow Squash, Baked,Smoked,Fried,Stewed ,Grilled or any way you do them...  I love the Three Sisters - Squash, Corn and Tomatoes all stewed together. Yummo

Thanks, I love the three sisters also. I have two of the sisters planted in my garden. Tomatoes and Squash, I never had much luck planting corn. I just buy  it at the local farmers market we get a bushel for 25 dollars and it is gooooood corn.
