Started 3 new batches yesterday after buying a new Mes30. Got 2.5kg smoked jalapeno/onion., 2.5kg smoked kielbasa, and 1.3kg fresh sweet Italian. Did get any production shots but here's a little qvision for drying. More will come as the progress continues. Btw first time I have used metric recipes with sausage and they are amazing. So much easier to scale correctly.

I was in a TSC store here in

and I spied a MasterBuilt rib rack so I picked it up.  Then to my curiosity, sitting beside was this thing with a MasterBuilt label on containing a Part Number, but nothing else.  So off to the cash register I trot, wait for the operator’s assistance.  When I finally got her attention, showed her this thing, see scanned it and told me the price of 9.99.  I asked her again what it was and she said it was a sausage hanger.

The number on the slip was MODEL: #20090113.   It was a Little square wire rack about 8 to 10  inches square with about 8 to 10 hooks hanging below this square, or above if turned over and you where holding it upside down.  It appeared, although I never bought it that day, but it looked as though the square wire rack would sit on top of the grate of the top rack of the smoker and the hooks would protrude through the racks grate and form the “J’ about an inch below the grate.  I plan on picking one up next week, so stay tuned for a Picture.  I have searched the Net with no success  for a picture of it.
