Hi all, my name is Dustin. Just got my Weber Smokey Mountain about a month ago. Trying to figure things out on it but so far having a blast doing so. Only used it a couple times, first smoke was a whole chicken (beer can style) and it was excellent, second I tried a Christmas ham we had in the freezer to get it out of there and that was a little on the dry side. Lastly I did another beer can chicken for my mother in law and grandmother in law and they loved it! Have 2 racks or baby backs in the freezer and a Boston butt to try in the next month or so.
I'm currently living in the little community of Centerville, WI, just north of La Crosse with my wife. I came here looking for advise and help (when I need it)
