I'm a beginner at smoking meat . I am a hunter and process my own meat . I make my own brats , salami ,sausage ,jerky ,polish sausage etc .
My smoking experience has been mostly ribs and deer salami. I am eager to learn more .
I have a masterbuilt 40" with window that seems to work pretty well but doesn't seem to put out a lot of smoke . I am thinking about getting an amazen pellet smoker
