More Sticks

I just had to do it again. Used two PS seasonings blends Thai BBQ and Habanero usually half and half this time I used a little less Thai and more Habanero 17mm collagen casings 

 

Ready to start

 

 

Used Pitmaster

 

 

After 5 hrs Smoke

 

 

Cooled to100

 

 

Ready to cut and package

 

 


Oh by the way I reserved a little of the mix and added some cheese

 

 

Didn't measure may have used to much

 

 

 

Some day I'll get it right so I'll just have to keep practicing.

That looks great I did their habanero also just did not like the maple cure did you use the maple cure also or something different since you added the thai BBQ
