After yesterdays half success with making Jerky, it was time for babyback ribs.  Used the 2-2-1 method.  Tried to keep the heat around 225*.  Once I brought them inside, I cut them with a butter knife.

Used a Kansas City rub that I put on and stuck back in the fridge for a couple of hours.  This is after the fridge.


After the smoker.


I need some work on my plating.  LOL
