Hello all! I just got my first smoker, it a Char-Broil Vertical Charcoal Smoker. I know it's not as fancy as some but it's a starting point. The meaning of my screen name is, Relax Don't Worry Have a Home Brew. I brew ales and mostly IPAs or Pale ales and have been brewing for 3+ years.

I love cooking with charcoal and have been watching BBQ Pit Masters for a few months and well here I am lol. I plan on smoking a pork roast this coming weekend and on that note I must get back out side and season the smoker!!!
