I just finished 2 pork butts and have them foiled and in a cooler with towels. How long can I leave them the cooler until I need to pull? Would 3-4 hrs be too long?
Nope you should be fine with that time frame. I've had them resting in a cooler wrapped in foil & towels for over 5 hours & when I took them out they were still hot enough to burn you. You have some good eatin to look forward to
