I have a Char-Broil Deluxe offset smoker. I smoked a tenderloin yesterday and was wanting to get to about 300 degrees temperature in the smoker. The hotteset I could get was 270 and I couldn't maintain that. I was able to maintain around 245 with the FB vent all the way open. Any suggestions? I know it's not a top of the line smoker, but we gotta use what we can afford.... The tenderloin still came out great.

use the search bar at the top of any page. Their are a lot of mods for your smoker there. I'm sure you will be getting a bunch of ideas here.

1 thing I know for sure is you need toget the fire up off of the bottom of the FB and seal up all of the air leaks you can find.

Happy smoken.
