Here is a quick q-view of my chicken with some hickory / apple smoke.
I just slopped some garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper...on the smoker for 4.5 hrs (with a problem, ran out of coals, had to initiate a second batch), and with a pipe and some scotch, made for some delish dinner.
Hope you enjoy as much as I did.

This time I took it off a little earlier, after my temp said 190, I should have stopped at ~180 but my pipe was not finished quite yet. Still tender and juicy and delish.
I'm getting better.....thanks to BearCarver, that dude really knows how to do it, and his advice and posts are absolutely fantastic!
