MULE'S GRILLED FRESH TOMATO'S

A quick lunch out of the garden tomato sliced in half Sprinkled with Kosher salt, Fresh ground pepper, topped with cheese with rosemary and fresh mint. Grill is screaming hot. Gage won't go that high. Threw the chopped steak on the grill. Tomato's went on the upper rack. about 10 min. Later. this is what I found

And before

coution tomato is very hot

Figured you would have....after all you do live in the South!  Thinking about doing some Chow Chow...or canning some of my Salsa.

My Bacon & Lettuce is getting very lonely!!!

Those look terrific and I have the same problem as Bear. It will be a couple of weeks before we will see even small tomatoes. However, when I do, I have to try this.

Those tomatoes look delicious! Mine are green and just about right for a golf tee.
