Trying ribs using the 3-2-1 method for the first time. Just used my custom dry rub. When I wrapped them I put turbinado sugar, honey, and a Dab of BBQ sauce. Splash of apple juice.

They tasted great. Had a couple sauces on the side. One vinegar based and one honey garlic sauce
