Sounds like a plan to me! 

How big is that PB?  Be sure to plan on about 2 hours per pound if cooking between 225 - 240.

You can shorten the cooking time if you go up to 275 - 290, just be sure to adjust for more smoke on the front end...the first time I smoked pork butts at a higher temp I didn't account for this and they weren't as smokey!

Total time in smoker was 9.5 hrs. I wrapped in foil about the 7hr mark. Took it at when it hit 203IT and then put two old towels around it and into a cooler for an hour. I tried to pick it up to put into a bowl and it fell all apart! Taste good and nice shine and juicy flavour. My best PB to date.
