Looks AWESOME Case! ....but just think how good it could have been with a better smoker!

Just a thought..ha ha
Thanks Keith! I think the mini-WSM is the best smoker! I thought about smoking the shrimp too, but I wanted to cold smoke them and it was 90* outside

How long did you marinade them in the hot sauce? They sure look nice and so does the rest of the meal. Reinhard
Thanks Reinhard! These didn't marinate all that long, only a couple hours. I usually like to go longer but someone (not pointing fingers) forgot to thaw out the chicken! They still had plenty of flavor. I have noticed that the Frank's sticks to the chicken pretty good when cooking.

Case, the bird looks good. They look huge in the first pic. Don't hesitate to hot smoke Shrimp. At 225*F, 16-20 ct shrimp take about 25 minutes. I did it for my last Throwdown win and they were smokey without being over powered and very juicy...JJ

Thanks JJ. These were small bay shrimp so I was afraid that the texture would change too much. I do like to hot smoke the larger ones. Those ones in your photo look awesome!
NIce job Case.....I'd agree, chicken is everything this week especially on the grill...Willie
Thanks Willie! All this hot weather makes lighter food sound better! I was thinking though that a nice thick steak is sounding good for dinner tonight!
