Just wanted to say hello from Central Kentucky. I'm originally from Owensboro, so you know I grew up around barbecue mutton, pork, chicken, and burgoo. I've just now purchased my first smoker, a Master Forge electric smoke from Lowe's. Just getting my feet wet in this. Trying my first smoke as I type this-- a 3/12 lb. beef brisket. I look forward to seeing how my first attempt turns out, although I'm not expecting much.
