If you didn't read the Terms of Service notes.....please do.  There are a few things that everyone should know about those pesky little rules before plunging into the forums. Rule #11......"Off Site Links are not allowed here at SMF" is something new. There are other simple guidelines for all of us to remember as we interact here.

Hello name is James, from Ohio and new to the site. I have only been around to smoking done but am a hunter and a fishermen, so smoking should be a must. Did not do much research just went out and bought an landmann "smoky mountain series" electric smoker today, Bday gift. Not sure what would have been better so I just jumped in, tomorrow I will prep it then next day put some fish in for trial run. Any feed back is welcome.
