That is one heck of a sized smoker. Can you post some photos of it? There are so many configurations that a photo would hep with the advice. Also let us know what type of meat your smoking and if you had any issues.

Great looking rig. Very nice. Does it have a fire box attached to the side? if there is not one you would want to use indirect heat on the unit you show. ...Meat on one side and the heat on the other. Brian
