A week ago I was given a new Brinkman Dual Fuel Grill and today received the offset firebox attachment for smoking.
I've used a propane grill before but the charcoal side and the smoker are rather new. There are no good instructions on how to use the firebox properly. I have the grill, a large bag of lump charcoal, a chimney and some basic tools. I gather I will also need some temperature probes right?
Are there any detailed instructions on how to load and use the charcoal/smoker side of the grill? Will I run into issues if I try to use both the propane side and the charcoal/smoker at the same time in regards to heat?
