Always wanted to do a fattie It started raining at the house this afternoon so I figured what the heck. Deer ground meat with pesto mushroom spinage and cheese. Did some ABT's with chipolie Cream cheese and green onions. Put the extra cheese into mushrooms.

It was really good but could have cut down on the smoke a little. Will post pics of the inside in the morning.
