Test ran the mini wsm today.. through a rack of spares on. Nothing special
cooked around 5 hours.
Tweeked version of Jeffs good ol rub
No foil. Cept to rest while i drove home..
mini ran great!
225* -245* was very pleased.
I Ran the smoker about 6 hours for the ribs... and then let her go just to see how long it would burn. I ended up taking a nap when it finally ran out. Last i looked out it was over 10 hours...
Im hooked on the mini... I see it fitting into the arsenal quite easily and quickly becoming the go to girl for the smaller cooks :)

Looks great Mike! You'll love the mini more and more... I'm with Case and use it more often than not.

I used mine twice yesterday...pennies on fuel, smoked like a champ and quick and easy to use. I light it with a blow torch in 30 seconds.

Thanks case and Keith!.
Got a question for ya both but ill post on the actual build thread I started so other future mini builders know..
