I am an experienced homebrewer here in Austin Texas beginning to work on my Q craft.  I make a real good no frills Texas brisket, and a good pulled pork.  I enjoy playing around with sauces, and would really like to start working on ribs, pork loin and turkey.

I am working off an small upright drum smoker.  I can get 4 12(ish)lb briskets in it when I pack it full.

I am interested in building a good size brick smoker in the backyard some day,

Thanks in advance for all the patient and informative answers to my sometimes uninformed questions.

Thanks again
