HI All,

I just joined SMF today.  I live outside of Charlottesville, Va.  I recently purchased a MasterBuilt 30" Electric Smoker.  So far I have smoked some port ribs, chicken breasts and last night a pork butt.  Getting use to how much smoke I like.  I figure that it is a little bit of an experimental process, but at least I get to eat good ribs and BBQ while I practice.  Overall, I am enjoying the smoker quite a bit, and look forward to discovering some good smoking techinques.  I do a lot of grilling and indoor cooking.  I have a number of friends who have smokers and decided I needed to venture into the world of smoking
