July 4th Brisket w/ Q-view

So a cpl of years ago I started doing a brisket every July 4th....here's the product.  Sorry about the 1st pic...was taken w/ my cell.

 

Cooked on MES40 @ 225° 

Foiled at 165° and put into cooler @ 190°

 

....enjoy

Man...I barely got firsts lol.  It was damn near annihilated before I could wash my hands LOL

ROTF.gif You haven't learned yet.  As I slice I always take 2-3 of the best slices and HIDE 'em! icon_biggrin.gif Well hey!  We are doin all the work, RIGHT?  Glad everyone enjoyed.  Keep Smokin!

Ha!  Nope....that and my family are Ninjas lol.  Ya...definitely going to have to stash some next time
