unfortunately I work in the pharmaceutical maintenance industry and July and Christmas are shut down weeks so I have to work every day during the holidays. Was able to slip out a little early on the 4Th and got to smoking some thighs and legs.......

what did you use for seasoning and wood ....keep looking at those and they look great
