Thats a happy looking pork butt.

Yeah, welcome....nice looking rig, what is it exactly? Butt looks lonely in there...lol....needs some ABT's or something for company......keep the pics coming....Willie

Hey Willie, yeah, the butt will have some rib company in there in a bit.  Its a custom made stick burner made out of a 72 gallon LP tank.  Its a hourse actually... very heavy.  Thanks for the welcome !!

As far as the pork goes check this recipe for a finishing sauce out.

It's simple and I love it.  I have been using it for years now.  I haven't used BBQ sauce on my pulled pork since!
