Got a great deal on a full slab of ribs today, and seeing how they were the only thing I wasnt impressed with when I catered 2 weeks ago, I decided I should experiment on the family. Going to trim them up, and post some Q-view!

Firing up the beast!
Slab wood is cherry, stick wood is apple, and the jug with the skull and crossbones is finishing sauce. Planning on using that when I wrap the ribs.

Well, I hit a snag. I didn't realize how late it is, and I'm not going to want to feed the family at midnight. More pics to come tomorrow.

Of course now that I've been cooking for 7 hours, I don't want to eat. I'm figuring that when my catering business takes off it will double as my diet plan too!
