Hello to all!! Happy 4th of July! New to the smoking world I got a Master Built electric smoker for Father's Day and have smoked ribs, Boston butt, jerky and today for the 4th I'm smoking a roast. I live in the pacific nw and have been in the military for 19 years. I look fwd to meeting a lot of you guys on here and becoming a better smoker. Thanks..

If you didn't read the Terms of Service notes.....please do.  There are a few things that everyone should know about those pesky little rules before plunging into the forums.
