Yeah it has a nice fat cap on it that is just melting!!! An it's only about 7 lbs. it's on a small cookie sheet. Lol. But heres am updated pic. Also threw on some sausage for a snack till its done.

Oh and I always use oak soaked over night in water. My good friend had a fallen red oak in his yard for a good ten years so it's very dry and well seasoned for smoking!! In also looking into a nearby apple orchard (milburns) for some nice apple branches to try. They always drop branches and they either get thrown out and chipped up or burnt.

Decided to throw a few shots worth of jack on the coals. Lit up nice to warm up the new chunks and wow what a smell!!!!! I've (of course) been tasting a few small prices of the bark of the pork and dam!!! Worth it!!!
