So I put a small but on today just to have as a snack for everyone for the 4th. Started it today,around 2;00 and left it goin while I go to wrk(wrk the nite shift). I called my wife to tell,her to take it off smoker around 9 and put it in crockpot. She text me back that the meat sooo good and she sends me this picture. Then she said my kids keep asking is the meat ready. I sure hope this meat last till tomorrow. If not it sure did serve its purpose, a snack.
