Getting prepped for a 4th of July smoke!
On the menu is Spare Ribs, Smoked Burgers, Chicken Thighs, and Dutch's Wicked Baked Beans.
Going to start the smoker up around 10am and ribs on by 11. Brine is cooling in the fridge and rub is prepped. Going to rub, wrap and rest the ribs soon.
