Have been grilling and, albeit infrequently, smoking on a charbroil charcoal grill with offset smoker box for years.  Recently got a Smoke Hollow vertical smoker and want to get serious about smoking!

Thanks for the welcomes!  Have a pork loin roast already out of the smoker and resting in a cooler.  Ribs are about an hour and a half away from being done (1st try at 3-2-1).  Also experimenting with bringing leftover brisket from the freezer back to life in the crockpot today!  Hope you all enjoy your 4th like I know I will!!!
