Another Canadian

Thread Starter

Greetings from the west coast of Canada. Today is Canada Day, and like the July 4th celebrations that our neighbours to the south and north(Alaska) celebrate with a family BBQ, so do many of us.

I picked up a gently used 22.5" base model Weber last weekend and tested it out with a small 5lb. pork roast last week that I thought turned out great. Today I am going to try my hand at some baby back ribs. I stumbled on to SMF yesterday while looking for rubs, I noticed all the great help people were getting in the forums and thought hey I can use more of this. So here I am.

I am more of a lurker than a poster, but I will add my .02 cents once in a while.
