Decided to cook up a storm today. Got a corned beef flat and chuckies.
Soaked the flat overnight.
Meanwhile I made some quiche with some smoked ham I had.
Rubbed the flat with pickling spice and steak spice, just steak spice on the chuckies.
On they go!

Four hours in and the flat is at 160 and ready to foil.
