Rubbed these yesterday and let them sit overnight in the fridge. Put on the smoker at 10 AM.

Sorry so late. Butts came out pretty good. Smoker help temperature really well.

Looks good and I'll bet it even tasted better.  Just about any meat or vegetable can be smoked and come out fantastic.  I did a pork butt yesterday with some sweet potatoes (sorry - did not take photos - will do so next time).  Smoked sweet potatoes are a great side to a pulled pork meal.

I'll definitely post Qview Disco. Good or bad haha.

That sounds good Tuscon. I wouldn't mind one day just doing an all veggie smoke to try different kinds. Saw a post earlier with asparagus, so I have to try that now.
